To have a better picture of what you want to produce, brainstorming is a vital element to begin with, for the reason that imagination and research find in this practice a way to coexist and put together a plan to fabricate the toy. Doll Toys manufacturing process is one that is both fascinating and complex. In order to create a toy that is safe and fun for children to play with, a great deal of care and precision is required at every stage of production. At our toy factory, we take great care to ensure that each toy is made to the highest possible standards. To achieve this, we follow a strict toy manufacturing process that involves several key steps: design, prototyping, molding, production and assembly.
Before you decide which doll to customise, have a think about what you want your final doll to look like. Some of the dolls have different features – for example – different ears (wolf ears, pointy elf ears etc), fins or tails. You’ll need to decide whether these features will fit with the look you are creating.

PHASE 1 – Doll Design Concepts & Development
Your ideas and artwork are translated into our initial 2D drawings of your custom doll design for your review and approval
PHASE 2 – Prototype Development
We will develop your doll prototype from the concept design we create for you. You will then be able to hold, hug, test and show off your creation to family, friends and investors.
PHASE 3 – Branding, Packaging & Website Development
We can design the logo for your custom doll design, take your product photography, create your doll’s packaging, and even design a website for you to begin selling your new doll.
PHASE 4 – Production
We offer a comprehensive turn-key solution for the production of your doll.
I have only used it on two dolls and it has been quite labor intensive learning curve but I’m happy with the results. If you notice, the eyes one both dolls are a little smaller and more deepset. I’ve been experimenting for ways to reshape and make my Girl Custom Dolls more unique and one of a kind. Besides carving and reshaping lips and around the mouth and nose, everything else on the Girl face-plates is pretty tricky to customize. Not much plastic is left to mod and reshape.
