We can produce 5,000 or more action figures per production run. We have experience with large, complex toy distributions and can readily support orders in the hundreds of thousands to millions.
If 5,000 is too many, some terrific alternatives are polystone figurines and designer vinyl figures.

The time it takes to produce your custom action figure can be several weeks to several months, depending on fast we work together through the phases of development. More detail on the development timeline will be provided after phase 1 is completed.
We work with a variety of plastics and paints:
Plastics – Vinyl a.k.a. PVC (polyvinyl chloride), ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) and others, depending on toy design & function.
Paints – We work with a variety of oil and model paints, with a variety of application methods including washes, air brush, hand brush, tampo pad printing. We can readily match PMS colors.
Other Materials – We can incorporate other materials into the toy, such as magnets, electronics, resin, plush and fabrics, metal, etc.
From Design to Production:
1. Preliminary Drawings, Your ideas and artwork are translated into our preliminary drawings that you will review and approve.
2. Your custom action figure is then sculpted into a 3D figure and multiple rounds of adjustments are made to get it just the way you want it. Accessories are also sculpted at this point.
3. A pre-production prototype is then created. Once the joints are attached and the individual parts are fabricated, your custom action figure is ready to be assembled and painted.
4. Once your custom figure is ready for production, you need professional branding, art and packaging. We can provide everything – logo design, photography, packaging design, and even an e-commerce website to sell your custom action figure!
5. Make your own personalized custom action figure, We can provide you with warehousing, inventory and drop-shipping to your customers!
